Unprocessed October: I took the Pledge
I took the pledge! For the month of October I will avoid processed foods. Join myself, Andrew Wilder, the man behind the movement, and more than 4000 others; it’s not too late!
What are unprocessed foods?
“Unprocessed food is any food that could be made by a person with reasonable skill in a home kitchen with whole-food ingredients.” – Andrew Wilder
Have questions? Concerns? No worries, the
Official Guide will answer your questions and ease your concerns.
We do not eat many processed foods, but we do eat a few.
During the month of October I will commit to 1) baking all of our
bread, 2) making coconut milk, 3) culturing yogurt, and 4) only using minimally processed natural sweeteners, such as raw honey, 100% maple syrup and coconut palm sugar.
Are you in? Will you take the pledge?
