Project: Food Budget Week 29

Posted on by on July 19th, 2012 | 0 Comments »

Tip of the Week: Cook in season. We have company coming this weekend for 4 days. I planned all our meals around the in season produce. Seasonal foods are significantly cheaper. Familiarize yourself with the growing season and post a list of in season produce, by month, in your kitchen. Use this as a reference when planning your meals. Buy extra and freeze for the winter, when the price goes up.
