I am excited to announce that I will be participating a Community Wellness Day!
There will be something for the whole family. Round up your kids, neighbours and friends for a morning of wellness learning and fun.
Come on out and:
- bob for apples
- get your face painted
- go fishing for prizes
- show off your putting skills
- have your wellness questions answered while the kids learn a few things about reptiles
- have a posture/ scoliosis screening (Fun or a game? You decide.)
- school the Docs in hula hooping
